Valmy Avocats, a boutique law firm, was founded by two lawyers, Barthélemy Lemiale and Julien Vandromme.
Following long careers at some of France’s most prestigious domestic and international law firms, Barthélemy Lemiale and Julien Vandromme founded Valmy Avocats with a view to assisting clients on matters of business law and litigation. Valmy Avocats’ clients are mainly French and international companies and other institutions.
Valmy Avocats has developed a network of relationships with law firms throughout Europe and the world.
Valmy Avocats represents clients in various areas of practice
particularly corporate, commercial, real estate and labour law.
The firm also advises on private equity and M&A matters.
Valmy Avocats regularly represents clients before civil, commercial and criminal courts in France, with a particular emphasis on business litigation, white collar crime, medical malpractice, and labour litigation.
The firm also represents clients on international litigation, arbitration, property law, and trust and estate matters.
The lawyers of Valmy Avocats all work in French and in English and most of them speak a third language (Spanish, IItalian, Arabic, Greek, Japanese, Portuguese…).

Valmy Avocats offers Internship positions throughout the year.
Interns at Valmy Avocats are usually students at the Paris Bar school. Nonetheless, from time to time we consider applications from students with other academic backgrounds, based on the motivation of the applicant. Interns play an important role in the firm’s life.

An excellent command of English is necessary. Good knowledge of the corporate world is highly appreciated.
